Step 1 – Selection

A successful partnership starts with choosing the right partners to work with and form a business relationship with. We use this step to select the best organisations for our Technical Partner Programme, by asking the right questions we will be identity if we are a good match for one another.

Step 2 – Discovery

This phase takes us from our first meeting through to agreeing the outline of a partnership in principle.

Discussions will allow us to:

• Start to get to know your business and understand what we both want and need from the partnership
• Bring our teams together to gain an understanding of each other’s practices and methods
• Establish if and how we can help each other.

By the end of this phase, you will have:

• A good understanding of what it will be like to work with us
• A clear view of what will happen in the next phase, Building our Partnership.

Step 3 – Commitment

At this step of our journey together we create, in collaboration with yourself, a clear written plan that outlines the commitment for both parties for the next 12 months, including:

• A set of agreed objectives.
• A set of agreed objectives.
• Are there any potential barriers and how can we overcome them?
• Agreement on how, and how often we will communicate, and how we will track and measure our engagement plan.

Step 4 – Facilitate

Here we expect our partnership to be fully underway and that this is the time to invest in our relationship. You will have access to a dedicated Account Manager, to facilitate introductions between both teams and foster the relationships. Your Account Manager will connect you with our Product Manager, Learning and Development Team, Marketing Team, as well as other key people at Cortech to assist you with the information and feedback you may require to make our partnership with you a successful one.

Step 5 – Enablement

Cortech believe in empowering our Technical Partners, and this can only be achieved by us investing time into your business and providing your people with the know how they need such as technical training, helping with building your industry and product expertise, and sales training.

Step 6 – Support

We will continue to support you through the lifetime of our partnership in order to help you successfully grow your business this will take place through a range of different activities including marketing support, exclusive brunch briefings and regular communication and reviews.
