Learning and Development

Cortech provides professional, hands-on training as part of our long-term strategic commitment to driving the highest standards of delivery and support for our Datalog 5 systems. Our comprehensive training courses are delivered by experienced instructors and are intended to provide increased systems knowledge to situational awareness and end-user problem solving.

Our online training sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the trainees, sessions are fully interactive and hands on enabling participants to contribute and engage in discussion throughout, whilst still being able to witness the easy to navigate Datalog in action. We are delighted to confirm that our online training offers all the same benefits and interaction as before but with the added convenience of joining from your laptop or PC whether you are working from the office or home.

How Our Training Works

I wasn’t expecting such an enjoyable course over teams but I was pleasantly surprised. Our trainer was ace and being able to take control and actually configure the training system was brilliant. Comfort breaks were well spaced and just the right amount.
System Engineer

The online training is delivered very well, with the ability to have an hands on with the software setup and the ability to still be able to ask any questions as they arise.

Datalog Engineers Training

  • The course provides an in depth look into the configuration, operation and error diagnosis between Datalog and associated hardware. This knowledge and awareness helps to maintain efficiency across the control room and, importantly, reduces any potential downtime.
  • The online session is interactive, and we encourage engineers to engage with our specialist team of trainers to ensure they get the most out of the experience. Practical demonstrations are always a popular activity amongst our attendees. This involves the engineers deploying software, connecting and configuring control equipment for a range of disciplines into working systems.
