The latest area to benefit from this commitment is our Learning and Development department and our delivery method for product training to operators and engineers. Due to the restrictions around travel, access to sites and social distancing, we are excited to be able to offer our comprehensive training courses online.
Having completed trials and conducted this style of delivery since June, we are delighted to confirm that our online training offers all the same benefits and interaction as before but with the added convenience of joining from your own laptop or PC whether you are working from the office or home.
Business hasn’t stopped and neither has the requirements of our customers, now more than ever we need to adapt our way of thinking and push forward with innovation.
Our online training sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the trainees, sessions are fully interactive and hands on enabling participants to contribute and engage in discussion throughout, whilst still being able to witness the easy to navigate Datalog in action.
One of the main driving forces to taking our training online is increased productivity gains for all parties involved. Delegates no longer have to spend hours traveling to Cortech HQ, or find funds in their budgets for overnight hotel stays. They can now just log onto their PC the morning of the course from wherever they happen to be based at that time.
The numbers of delegates that are in the session hasn’t changed to ensure that we can still provide you with the necessary hands-on experience of the system. Ensuring this experience isn’t compromised ensures delegates have time for the all-important “practical” experience with Datalog in order to help with their overall understanding of the system.

• Deployment of Datalog.
• Connecting and configuring control equipment.
• Monitoring, control and response to alarms and events.
• Incident management and reporting.
