For a third year in succession, Cortech’s Maintenance and Support Coordinator Jenny Connell organised a ‘cake, coffee and a good giggle’ morning at Cortech Developments’ Headquarters in Knutsford.
The fundraising event which was in aid of Macmillan cancer support brought together the entire Cortech team for a morning of fun, laughter and cake tasting. As is customary now, many of the staff baked their own cakes as part of the ‘Cake Off’ competition which was won by one of our Software Development Team, Ron.
Event organiser, Jenny Connell, enthused: “I’m proud of the efforts of everyone at Cortech. They entered into the spirit of the day and gave generously for a worthwhile cause. This money will ensure that no one has to face cancer alone. We are helping people affected by cancer and giving them the support they need, from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond. The donations will change lives.”
