Cortech Developments have opened up a new office in the UAE. Cortech Developments Middle East DMCC, based in Dubai, will be headed up by recently appointed Managing Director, Phil Witts.
Phil has 15 years of experience in the fire alarm and integration markets having held senior positions within market leading manufacturing businesses both in the UK and the Middle East.
Director of Cortech, Mark Thomas commented, “This appointment is the start of a significant investment and long term strategic commitment to the region. Phil brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously established a very successful large organisation in the Middle East. He has developed some excellent business relationships that will greatly assist Cortech in building up our operations in the region.”
In his career to date, Phil has successfully appointed and developed system integrator partners globally and supported them to deliver major projects across the UK, Europe, India, Africa, Malaysia and the Middle East.
Phil is looking forward to the challenge that lies ahead and said “I have joined a proven industry leader and this is an excellent opportunity for me to head up the next stage of Cortech’s long term business vision. Our existing customer base will benefit from enhanced service and support, while we are well placed to build on the excellent relationships and opportunities that have been created within the Middle East region to date.”
