Cortech are pleased to announce the integration of Datalog 5 with the Bosch range of IP Video Products including video encoders, decoders and Divars.
This integration allows Datalog 5 to show operators live or recorded video, control video decoders like a virtual matrix, provide consecutive camera numbering of encoders and more besides.
DVR related features include time and date search for playback of manually selected cameras, replay of pre and post alarm event video, viewing live video, and in-window control of PTZ cameras while viewing live video. Up to four simultaneous cameras can be played back via on screen display within the Datalog software.
Virtual matrix features include automatic call up upon alarm condition of up to five cameras to preset positions on to five monitors and support for two banks of monitors for alarm switching. Other features include favourite buttons whereby pre-determined cameras and presets to monitors can be selected [either automatically or by using a Datalog timezone] to monitor selections, camera switching sequences, camera preset tours and showing IP video streams on monitors attached to hardware decoders.
Datalog will monitor communications to Bosch devices and will annunciate any communication failures.
