Cortech’s core software suite, Datalog 5, provides smarter interoperability and integration of building, fire and security control technology including CCTV, access control, intruder, perimeter, fire, intercom, staff safety, BMS and energy systems.
Managing building, fire and security operations across multiple sites and complex building environments can be a significant challenge. Extensive sites can often involve the monitoring of thousands of circuits with multiple control systems. These events could be critical life safety situations and require immediate action to limit risk and escalation.
Datalog 5 provides quick and effective real time monitoring and control of events. System warnings, events and alarms are all clearly identified [with pre-determined event help information], prioritised, graphically located and visually verified with automatic CCTV video to enable a more efficient and accountable response.
Cortech Developments ‘holistic’ software solutions can assist you in reducing costs and risk, improving operational efficiency and providing greater situation awareness.
Atus
Atus designs and markets personal security systems for a wide spectrum of industries and sectors that include detention centers, hospitals, care homes, the hospitality sector, industry and commerce.
Wherever staff are perceived to be at risk or face aggression, Atus provides solutions to alert staff which helps to prevent incidents from becoming disasters. Automatic, man down and other alarms, together with active system control and location detection enable fast and adequate help to be delivered wherever and whenever it is needed.
Atus’ origins are founded in the Personal Security Product division of the BOSCH group.
Its rich history goes back to the 1960′s when Philips started an on-site paging business in Breda, Netherlands, a business that in 2002 was acquired by BOSCH.
On September 1st 2010 Atus acquired the Personal Security division from BOSCH and it became an independent company allowing it to focus directly on critical communication solutions.
In January 2012 Atus formed Atus Systems and implemented its long held desire to focus on a “direct to market” approach enabling it to provide customers in the UK with its first in country sales, service and support operation.
Atus and Atus Systems are wholly owned entities of the Chezz Partners group of companies.
Detection Technologies
Detection Technologies, established in 2007, is staffed by personnel with over 25 years of experience in the electronic perimeter security industry.
This experience, gathered over these years from many sites worldwide, uniquely equips the company with the expertise to ensure that their products embody the most effective technology solutions capable of addressing the wide range of site conditions that such products face.
An example of how such experience is invaluable when setting product goals is highlighted by the VibraSector system [Detection Technologies’ flagship product] when there is a need to protect large sites with many short, accurately defined, detection zones that can be used to intelligently direct cameras towards the point of an intrusion.
VibraSector achieves this goal in a unique and innovative way by using passive hardware modules to define the limits of each detection zone so that variations due to temperature, moisture levels, and other environmental factors do not degrade the accuracy of location of the intrusion attempt.
The degree of innovation present in the VibraSector system has resulted in the grant of a patent for this advanced, technologically competent system.

xPLAN
It is time to change your thinking about access control. Wired, wireless and wire-free access control is now available as a single enterprise solution.
Using the advanced features of the xPLAN V9.x software and our range of distributed intelligence door controllers you can unleash the combined benefits offered by a fully-featured traditional hard-wired card reader and lock control solution, as well as the flexibility and agility of secure wireless battery-powered Aperio™ locksets and e-cylinders.
Aperio™ Wireless Locksets or Cylinders are designed to serve as a combined card-reader and locking device, as well as providing a real-time link to the on-line xPLAN Aperio gateway controllers distributed around the site. This is achieved without the disruption and costs associated with dedicated direct cabling and provision of power to every door.
The PLAN System also offers end users the option to control their doors using a ‘data-on-card’ off-line-integrated option, where the wireless concept is taken one stage further and the system becomes completely wire-free.
Aperio™ Offline escutcheon locksets and e-cylinders are “wireless enabled” so there is a simple migration path from off-line to on-line should the need arise.
The PLAN system is the most cost effective, efficient and feature enriched solution which leverages the combined benefits of traditional wired wall readers with battery powered wireless on-line and wire free ‘off-line’ solutions.
All three concepts can be blended seamlessly and managed from a single software admin package which in turn can integrate with client business infrastructure.
