The Stentofon intercoms (and other integrated control equipment) are remotely monitored and controlled as one single operating process through the Datalog 4 dual screen Graphical User Interface.
In many instances this is achieved across a number of sites, sometimes situated in different countries.
Once an intercom button is pressed and the call is answered by an operator the software will log the ‘Call Request’, ‘Call Connected’, ‘Call Disconnected’ and ‘Call Reset’ actions.
The operator also has the option for door control to allow access if required. The intercom complete with tamper alarms will notify the operator if the unit is in anyway tampered with.
If an intercom button is pressed and the Local Datalog station does not answer within a designated time then the call can be transferred to a Master Datalog station. Intercom alarm icons will change colour to reflect the status of calls.
